General Law LLM

The General Law LLM will enable you to meet the challenges of the commercial client by acquiring advanced legal knowledge in a wide range of areas, as well as practical skills and techniques for the legal professional. During this degree you will acquire significant research and analytical skills. The course is designed to help you broaden your experience, increase your practising options and enhance your career.  You can select modules from a wide range of topics with no named specialisation, making this degree flexible and easy to adapt to your interests and career goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to take on extra activities and responsibilities to enhance your career opportunities during your degree programme, via Kingston's Quest scheme, which gives special awards to successful General Law students upon graduation.

Our students come from all over the world, so you will finish the course with an international network of contacts.

Our expert academic team includes National Teaching Award winners and fellows from the Higher Education Academy, as well as lecturing staff who combine teaching with legal practice, research and scholarship.
